Structure of the Representation

The Permanent Representation of the Sovereign Order of Malta to the African Union Commission has its seat in Ethiopia, in Addis Ababa.

The Permanent Representation is composed by two diplomats:

  • – H.E. Ambassador Michael Patrick Murphy, KM
  • – Deputy Head of Mission Merhatsidik Ayele Agonafer

Every State celebrates the “National Day”. For the Sovereign Order of Malta this event is on 24 June, for the Feast of St. John the Baptist, Patron of the Order of Malta.
